About Our Guest
In his own words:

I work on redesigning capitalism by using crypto to distribute capital over the Internet. My investment career began at Union Square Ventures where I worked on our early crypto thesis and portfolio. I met Chris in 2016, and a year later we started Placeholder together with Brad as a venture partner. Before USV, after closing my last startup, I set up a government office in the Dominican Republic (where I'm from) in charge of developing the country's startup agenda. There, in 2013, I fell down the crypto rabbit-hole while searching for technology solutions to the structural problems in the financial system that hold back most economies.
